Collage

For my second idea, I wanted to incorporate the recurring use of collage within my project on identity. My idea is mix my media in using materials such as; string/thread, paint, photographic paper ect. to create a collaged mix of my most recent successful developments inspired by my past four artists. I will be firstly experimenting with just layering onto an A4 piece of white paper with certain gaps in-between the cut outs. I have attached some exemplar inspiration, photos from which inspire me and help me with creating my outcome. Then to finalize my idea I will be repeatedly collaging the developments together until I am happy with the outcome. To completely have final outcomes I will be printing those collages out in a larger scale using photographic paper.

IMAGES TO USE WITHIN COLLAGES

I have attached this gallery to present which developments I am going to use from my previous photoshoots in these upcoming collages. I will be using a mixture of work when I focused on Metra-Jeanson and Jesse Draxler to incorporate inspiration from both of my past artists. Then to incorporate my other artists (Angrette Soltau and Pablo Thecuadro) I will be using techniques I used when focusing on then, including string/ thread and layering.

CREATING THE COLLAGES

These are my final outcomes from working with physically collaging. I used materials such as reprinted developments, acrylic paints and black string. I think for my next step, although these are successful, is to reprint these photographs out ono photographic paper and to re-collage and stitch the cut outs together.
