CONCEPT
COMPOSITION-
For my final piece I am going to be exploring different compositions with collage.
EDITS-
I am also going to incorporate some of my first artist this includes multi-layered images.
COLOUR-
I am also going to be fusing black and white imagery with coloured images. I am also going to add patterns and lines into my work which relates especially to my third artist.

For these set of images I travelled around my neighborhood. I strongly believe that this photo shoot was very successful due to the immaculate natural lighting from the sun and due to the various compositions and angles I shot my images in. I also shot these images with various different modes, and I was constantly zooming in and out of the image. The composition draws the views in as I have tried my best to include every different perspective of these modern architecture.

The majority of the buildings that have been photography have just been constructed so therefore it truly portrays a modern new piece of architecture which was what I was personally trying to portray. I captured these images with a low aperture to ensure more light enters the lens of the camera to give the image a natural brightness effect . This meant when editing my image I wouldn't have to digitally increase the brightness as the natural lighting is sufficient.
The colours of the building blend in beautifully with the harsh golden sunlight as the surrounding buildings encounter the dark soft shadow of its neighbouring building. These photographs were taken just before sunset which is why the natural lighting has a hint of golden and yellow, however most of my images will be edited in black and white, therefore the golden will be cancelled out. I mainly need to capture plain simple images that will be easy to edit an I am going to be adding multiple red streaks across the image relating to my artist. I will also be incorporating some of my second artist work into these edits such as digital double exposure and distorted imagery I would say overall I feel that these images are very successful as they relate to all my three artist equally.
Developments for Final Piece Photoshoot
BLACK AND WHITE

For these set of images I opened them up on photo shop where I was then able to increase the contrast to enhance the shadows as the image was appearing too bright. I also had to crop my image to avoid the views from changing there focus to the people in the background. When choosing which exact images I was going to edit I needed to choose an image that displayed both aspects of the building equally; the modern and urban architectural elements. By increasing the contrast it enhanced the small lines and intricate details of this majestic piece of architecture. I also incorporated a small portion of noise to the image to make it appear more grainy and old fashioned. By doing this I juxtaposed the idea of a modern building transforming into an ancient old fashioned building whits still maintaining its modern qualities
Further developments from Final Piece Photoshoot

For these set of developments I needed to edit them very simply in order to apply these to each of my artists, although my artist link very well there are indeed some particular differences. For example my first artist usually conveys a distorted, surreal mood for the images, whereas my third and second artist both convey happier moods to the frequent usage of vibrant color's. Therefore I have just increase the contrast, decreased the brightness and duplicated the image whilst flipping it he opposite way to create a "mirror" effect ,where it seems to look as if a mirror is at the edge of the image. I then used the crop tool to crop out the negative space on the edges of the image. By mirroring these images, I have further refined and developed my work by experimenting with various methods of editing. In most of my images I have also incorporated the sky in my images to represent purity which calms down the complex theme of the buildings.
Idea 1. Experimenting with double exposure & series

For my first idea it mainly represents my first artist due to the multiple double exposure to create a distorted image. I first had to increase the contrast to enhance the shadows and hidden spaces. I also managed to increase the distorted element of my image by increasing the noise and therefore graininess of the image. The multiple double exposure creates a blurry effect as I am aiming to create similar work to Idris khan. Idris Khan has inspired me to explore the identity of images that are blurry and distorted to realise that there is a deeper meaning in the images. Whilst double exposing my images I also moved the image slightly to the right and left to create a fainter copy of the building ; this ultimately gives the effect of the building being hand drawn, as it seems as if I am abled to create shading and shadows around the building. This is why I am pleased with how my double exposure work has turned out. Overall I feel as if these images are successful due to the relation between my first artist and how this created the exact mood and theme I was trying to portray (similar to my first artist.)
Idea 2. Experimenting with double exposure & series

My second idea mainly reflects the work of my third artist due to me juxtaposing the melancholic black and white mood with a joyous vibrant red. To create these images I had to refine my previous developments (mirrored).I copied and pasted a red square from google to then alter the size and length to fit my image, I created multiple lines and placed them align with the shape of the building. I then duplicated the lines multiple times to then imitate the structures of the buildings. This was deliberately done to create a model like structure of the building it also incorporates the double exposure presented in my first artist. The red lines also evoke a strong negative mood to the images as well as the distorted black and white imagery. Both together creates a melancholy mood.
Idea 3. Experimenting with double exposure & series

For my third idea I used colour in my image and mainly incorporated characteristics from my second artist Leticia Lampert. I also drew with the lasso tool to cut out fragments and shapes out of my image replacing them with another image. I made sure to same images which was softly tainted with black and white to make it blend in with the image.I first opened up one image twice on photo shop then I converted on of them to black and white, increased the contrast and added noise. Then I used the lasso tool to cut out fragments of the image in any shape I wanted ad deleted them, i then replaced them with the same image however in a different colour. TO draw more attention the the swap of images I added inner shadows and inner glow depending on how the individual image looked like. I went onto filter, then layer, then inner shadow. and I increased the width of the shadow and blurred it out using the tools provided. This made my image appear Three Dimensional in some angles. I repeated this but with the inner glow function instead of the inner shadow to create a glow instead of a dark shadow. That is how i edited these images to create a three dimensional glow effect.
EXPLORING COMPOSITON

For this exploring composition I picked out three images which all align in place to create the illusion of one really long image, instead it is actually three separate images which look similar. I have lined up these images to create
