Jack, you have a growing understanding of your artists demonstrated through your developments. Your most recent work shows a greater level of confidence and skill (3rd artist) which is excellent to see and we should use this to refine your portfolio further.
Your 1st/2nd artist I would currently describe as moderate ability and in terms of grade would equate to 3/4, however your last artist demonstrates a higher skill level so it is important we return to the first 2 artists to develop these further:
- Capture images of your sky images with objects on top in class with OBU
- Scan your tree images for your second artist - exploring series/composition
Edit both sets of new photoshoots and add…

The negative space is important in this work as in Shilpa's she edits her photos in a way in which it makes her work look there's a border going around her images so I tried to replicate this by using the negative space.

I have made a few alterations to your website to help you with your layout/presentation. Your artist is beautifully minimalist so try to pick up on some of the simpliscity of her work in your own understanding of the visual language of your pages.
Please come to intervention of Thursday so we can print and scan your work to experiment further with this idea.
Make sure to title your contact sheets/developments and consider why you have collaged your work. What effect does that have on the viewer? Why is negative space important in your work?
